About HUEC
HUEC (Halabi Ultra Electronics Systems) is an engineering and systems integration company specializing in telecommunications, electronics, embedded systems, IoT, infrastructure monitoring, security, and power.

How HUEC works
Purpose-built over off-the-shelf
Where local infrastructure, environment, or connectivity make conventional products inadequate, HUEC engineers systems for the actual conditions.
Offline-first architecture
Systems that keep operating when the internet disappears: local processing, local storage, SMS alerts, then synchronization.
Full product development
From circuit design and PCB to firmware, backend, mobile app, enclosure, and deployment. One company, one responsibility.
Local manufacturing
PCB development and assembly, prototyping, and 3D-printable enclosures to reduce dependence on imported specialized systems.
Field engineering, not laboratory-only
HUEC designs systems and then installs, commissions, maintains, and upgrades them in the field. Equipment installation, telecom intervention, CCTV and fiber work, electrical infrastructure, and emergency response are part of the same capability.

Proof at the hardest end of the spectrum
HUEC has participated in technically demanding work on submarine telecommunications infrastructure, including restoration of repeater power and optical fiber connections. That work sits at the intersection of telecommunications, electrical, optical, and field engineering.
ALITAR Submarine Cable Infrastructure Restoration
HUEC played a key role in a critical intervention involving the ALITAR submarine telecommunications cable infrastructure. Working on-site, the team restored the repeater high-voltage power feed and reconnected optical-fiber links, addressing essential electrical and optical connectivity requirements within the system.
The intervention was completed in approximately 12 hours, demonstrating HUEC's capabilities in complex telecommunications troubleshooting, critical infrastructure restoration, and time-sensitive field engineering. The project reflects the company's commitment to delivering reliable technical solutions for mission-critical telecommunications infrastructure, in cooperation with the Syrian Telecommunications Establishment.
